I have made various types of jams and jellies and will always be adding to the list. This is what I have currently made. All of these are available for purchase and local pickup/delivery. You will also find me at crafts shows and markets in Northern Illinois.
Blueberry – just some good old-fashioned blueberry jam
Blueberry-Cinnamon – a little twist to the old-fashioned blueberry, A taste of cinnamon for your taste buds.
Rhubarb – Grandma’s classic. Fresh rhubarb jam. I pick the rhubarb right out of the garden.
Rhubarb-Strawberry – a little sweetness of strawberries added to the tartness of the rhubarb. Delicious!
Strawberry – a Summertime classic. Delicious strawberries turned into a delicious jam.
No-sugar Strawberry – the same great taste of strawberries but without all of the sugar.
Low-sugar Strawberry – another great strawberry jam but made with less sugar.
Jalapeño Jelly – made with 3 different types of peppers gives this a nice sweet taste. It doesn’t not have the bite of a jalapeño but you can tell it is there. Great for spreading on crackers or cheese.
Peach-Jalapeño – a little twist to 2 favorites. A little bit of a spicy peach jam but not overpowered by the jalapeños.
Peach – the great taste of peaches in a jam. I love this on toast!
